InnovaRx is an ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC reference tool operated by Innova Health Strategies. Using the site means you accept these terms.
InnovaRx presents coding reference data published by CMS and NCHS, plus tools for looking it up, validating code sets, and calculating reference risk scores. It is reference support only. It does not provide medical advice, legal advice, billing advice, or final coding determinations, and nothing on the site promises any payment, audit, or risk-score outcome. Coding decisions belong to a credentialed coder working from the full record and current official guidance, which always control over anything shown here.
InnovaRx is built to operate without protected health information. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, dates of birth, record numbers, or chart notes anywhere on the site, including the assistant. Worksheets stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.
You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping your email account secure, since an emailed link can sign you in. Team accounts: the owner and admins control membership, billing, and settings for everyone on the account.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account page — no email or phone call needed — and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, including for the remainder of a period after you cancel. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal. The free tier is metered and its limits can change.
The Ask assistant composes answers from the reference data loaded into InnovaRx using a large language model. Its answers are reference support, can be wrong, and must be verified before use. Account owners can switch it off for their whole account.
The jobs page mirrors postings published by employers on their own job boards. We are not involved in any application or hiring decision, and a listing here is not an endorsement of the employer or the role.
Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell, or republish the site or its data feeds; don't probe or overload the service; don't share one paid seat across multiple people. The underlying CMS and NCHS publications are public domain — go get them from the source, which is where we got them.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the data current with each CMS release and to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Health Strategies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
