506,079 code-to-HCC mappings and 4,022 hierarchy rules across 10 of the 11 years, parsed from the CMS model releases — including the older SAS packages, where the mapping ships as a flat file and the hierarchy as macro calls. Years marked code set only carry the tabular list and index but no model, and the tools say so in place of showing a blank.
